All businesses that wish to attend the horse trials must be able to provide the following:

• Relevant Health and Safety Documentation

• Food Hygiene Forms (for food stands only)

2026 Prices:

• Regular Trade Stand- £200+VAT

• Large Trade Stand- £300+VAT

• Food Trade Stand- 25% of stand income, up to a maximum of £250+VAT
