Online Ordering

We will have a limited selection of stock available to buy at the event. To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend pre-ordering merchandise to collect at the event.

  • Merchandise ordering is for collection ONLY. Orders placed before 12 PM on June 1st can be picked up at the event. No orders can be placed after 12PM on June 1st.

  • Event Collection details- Merchandise can be collected on Saturday 13th or Sunday 14th of June from the Merchandise Stand (located next to the secretaries) at the South of Scotland Horse Trials (DG6 4NH). Merchandise may be available for collection on the evening of Friday 12th June, details of this will be confirmed on our social media and website in the lead up to the event.

  • If you have placed a merchandise order and for whatever reason you are no longer able to attend the event to collect it, please contact clairemcghie75@gmail.com and we will work to sort a solution.

  • Please ensure that you refer to the appropriate size guide at the end of the sponsorship brochure. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on incorrect sizes, unless the item is faulty.

  • In the event that the South of Scotland Horse Trials is cancelled for any reason, all merchandise orders will still be available for collection from the event site over the scheduled event weekend. We will contact everyone who has placed an order with further details.If you are unable to collect, items can be posted to you. You will only be charged the exact cost of postage, with no additional fees. Orders will be dispatched once postage payment has been received.
